Welcome to Buckeye Baskets. The assembly of these gift baskets provides creative employment for people with disabilities and supports the programs of United Disability Services in Akron, Ohio. Many of the quality products and specialty foods showcased in our baskets are made right here in the heartland. Each basket is assembled with care, beautifully wrapped and finished with a fabric bow in a seasonal color and comes with a personalized gift tag describing the special significance of your gift. Buckeye Baskets will be closed for the holidays beginning on Monday, December 24, 2012 and will reopen on Wednesday, January 2, 2012. All orders placed during this time will be processed when Buckeye Baskets reopens. The last day to order baskets to ensure shipping in time for the holidays is December 16, 2012. Orders can be placed after this date but we cannot guarantee delivery before the holidays. Orders scheduled for pick up must be picked up by Friday, December 21, 2012.

Shipping and Handling
All baskets are shipped UPS ground. Baskets will be shipped within three (3) business days after placing an order and the number of days provided on your order for shipping is an estimate. Separate orders must be placed for each “ship to” address or call 330-379-3341 if you need to ship to multiple addresses.
If express shipping methods are needed, please call us for options and costs. To avoid delayed deliveries and redelivery fees, please provide complete street addresses including suite numbers, company names (if applicable) and zip codes.
During the summer months, our baskets containing chocolate are available for pick up only. Shipping of these baskets will resume in September.
Pick Up Orders
You will be notified by email when your order is completed and ready for pick up. All orders can be picked up at United Disability Services, 701 S. Main St., Akron, Ohio 44311 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
We reserve the right to substitute another basket or container of equal or greater value, if the publicized item is not available. Basket containers and designs can change based on availability. We make every effort to ensure the products we feature on our website are available, but in some cases this may not be possible. We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value.
We are proud of our gift baskets and if, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us immediately. Each one of our gift baskets is assembled and packed with special care to ensure it is received in excellent condition. During hot weather, we do not ship products containing chocolate, but will substitute with other quality products.
Return PolicyWhile customer satisfaction is very important to us, all sales are final. In the event that your package is lost, damaged, or returned to us, we will refund the cost of the basket less any shipping fees. Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address or recipient refusal, can be re-shipped for an extra shipping charge.
All information you submit to Buckeye Baskets will be kept strictly confidential. We will not distribute, sell, rent or loan any information regarding our customers to any third party.
