If express shipping methods are needed, please call us for options and costs. To avoid delayed deliveries and redelivery fees, please provide complete street addresses including suite numbers, company names (if applicable) and zip codes. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes; we must have a correct street address.
During the summer months, our baskets containing chocolate are available for pick up only. Shipping of these baskets will resume in September.

We reserve the right to substitute another basket or container of equal or greater value, if the publicized item is not available. Basket containers and designs can change based on availability. We make every effort to ensure the products we feature on our website are available, but in some cases this may not be possible. We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value.
We are proud of our gift baskets and if, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us immediately. Each one of our gift baskets is assembled and packed with special care to ensure it is received in excellent condition. During hot weather, we do not ship products containing chocolate, but will substitute with other quality products.
While customer satisfaction is very important to us, all sales are final. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, we will refund the cost of the basket less any shipping fees. Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address or recipient refusal, can be re-shipped for an extra shipping charge.
